Be respectful

Critique work and ideas, not people. Harassment, hate speech and discrimination have no place here.

Be useful

• Put posts in the right topic and give enough context for others to help.
• Give constructive feedback: say what works, what does not, and why.
• Share your sources and give credit for other people's work.

Be honest

• No spam, self-promotion without substance, or misleading claims.
• Employers: real roles only, with honest descriptions. Never ask candidates to pay.
• Do not share anyone's private information.

Reporting and moderation

Use the report button on any post or the contact form. Volunteer moderators review reports, and may remove content or restrict accounts. If you disagree with a decision, you can appeal through the contact form.
